He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wayne and Florence Hamilton (Welch); his wife Mary Hamilton (Clements); and his brothers, Kenneth Hamilton of Omaha and Dale Hamilton of Chicago.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Johnson (Jim), Martha Symmonds (Marty) and Nancy Hamilton; his grandchildren, Conner Johnson (Kethra), Cheyten Johnson, Corey, Kira and Alaina Symmonds; and his great grandchildren, Leta and Calvin McCoy.
