In the vast expanse of eternity, Elizabeth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elizabeth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pliny Ferrin Rogers and Elizabeth Windon Rogers; her stepmother Jane Linn Maxwell; and her sister Linda Ferrin Rogers. She is survived by: her sister Deborah Rogers; her children, Lucia and Shane Rich; her grandchildren, Aya and Garion Khosrowpour; and her stepsister Mary Linn Maxwell.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cranston Family Funeral Home - Fairfield (2805 W Burlington Ave, Fairfield, IA 52556).
She was well known for her contribution to the Fairfield dance community, teaching tap dance, participating in many local performances and facilitating Dance The Wave, an ecstatic dance event on Sunday mornings for 10 years.
