He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Waters and Mina Waters (Whaley); his wife Caryl McClurg; and his siblings, Bob, Lew, Lee and Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Melodie Waters and Chris Waters of Fairfield; and his brother John Waters of California.
