She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Blair and Hazel Blair (Miksch); her husband Cedric H. Ruggles; her daughter Ellen Westoff; her daughter-in-law Sarah Ruggles; her grandson Dustin Ruggles; and her sisters, Marilyn and Doris.
She is survived by: her sons, Allan Ruggles (Carol) of Burlington and Robert Ruggles of Macau, China; her grandchildren, Remington Westoff, Austin Westoff and Johnny Ruggles; her great grandchildren, Mia, Baylee, Nathan Ruggles, Theodore Westoff and Augustus Westoff; her sister Joyce Stanley of Fairfield; and her nieces and nephews, Susan Farnsworth, Janice Pedersen, Kathy Simmons, Jeff Stanley, Carolyn Brune, Chris Stanley, Bruce Brown, Bryan Brown, Gail Brown and Diane Ditman.
