She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hootman and Eva Hootman (Phillips); her husband Carl "Doc"; and her son Garry. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Stortz (Jim) of Cordova, IL, Jerry Myers (Nicki) of Keosauqua and Sheryl Pitts (Nick) of Kirksville, MO; and her siblings, Peggy Hoover of Missouri and Jim Hootman of Sioux Falls, SD.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
