She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Parker and Madeline Maxine Parker (Turner); and her siblings, Patty Leppert, Judy Mathes and Michael Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Ayer; her stepchildren, Joe Ayer (Lory) of Denver and Beth Seitz (Matt) of Loveland, Colorado; and her brother Rev. Ed Parker (Karen) of Fairfield.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Suburban Heights Baptist Church (401 S 32nd St, Fairfield, IA 52556).
Memorials may be made to Noah's Ark Animal Foundation and left at the funeral home.
