He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Grimm; his parents, Charles Samuel and Beatrice Perle Grimm (Prince); and his brothers, Charles Jr., Grant and Donny Grimm.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Grimm of Raymore and Traci Grimm of Moline, Illinois; his brother Jerry Grimm of Indianola, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews, Doug Grimm of Durham, Timm Grimm, Kevin Grimm of Iowa City, Charlie Grimm of Washington, Kim Dicky of Atalissa and Laura Southern of Fort Collins, Colorado..
