We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Darlene Lavon Vorhies of Fairfield, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Landes and Lucia Enslow Landes; and her brothers, Wilbur and Alva Landes. She is survived by: her husband Merle Vorhies of Fairfield, IA; and her children, Greg Vorhies (Rhonda Vaughn) of Fairfield, IA, Roger Vorhies (Karen) of Fairfield, IA and Janet Vorhies of Washington, IA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.

Masks and social distancing are respectfully requested.

Memorial contributions in Darlene's honor may be directed to the Arc of Jefferson and nearby counties.
