He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Buttery and Marie Buttery (Parrett); his wife Judy Watson; his sons, Brian Buttery (Tara) of Johnston and Curt Buttery (Ryannon Frederick) of Ponte Verda, Florida; his grandchildren, Simon Buttery, Hayden and Lilly Buttery; and his sister Barbara Johnson (James) of Oskaloosa.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Behner Funeral Home & Crematory (203 S Main St, Fairfield, IA 52556). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (201 N Court St, Fairfield, IA 52556).
Memorials may be made to Jefferson County Park or Education Foundation of Fairfield.
