He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Lowe; his sons, Dale and Michael Havelka; his daughter-in-law Carol Havelka; his grandchildren, Matthew Havelka, Jessica Kozel, Matthew Quinn and Haley Hidalgo; and his great grandchildren, Daniel Glynn and Andrew Kane Havelka.
