She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William W. Sherod and Beryl L. Strait Sherod; her children, Embracing, Clay Chase (Mikenzie) of Carlton, Washington and Marea Clarke (Graham); her brother David Sherod of Kilbourne; and her grandson Kieran Clarke. She was also cherished by numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cranston Family Funeral Home-Keosauqua (1517 Broad St, Keosauqua, IA 52565). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kilbourne Cemetery (20875 169th St, Birmingham, IA 52535).
