He is survived by: his parents, Scott Spurgeon and Angel Spurgeon (Kevin); his daughters, Liz, Emma and Lily Taylor; his grandfather Leroy Carey; his siblings, Bobbie Spurgeon (Tyler), Cory Spurgeon (Savannah), Anthony Curtis, Sonja Spurgeon and John Spurgeon; his stepsiblings, Cody Bishop, Zack Bishop, Breann Sherrod and Steven Helmick; and his nieces and nephews, Landon, Phillip, Raiden, Odin, Amelia and Adalynn.
