He was predeceased by: his grandfather Michael Johnston. He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Johnston and Casey Ann Johnston (Taylor) of Fairfield; his partner Allison of Fairfield; his brothers, Adam and Chase Johnston; and his grandparents, Marvin, Donna Taylor, Joan Johnston and Sharon Potter-Johnston. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
