He is survived by: his children, Shane Vice of Ottumwa, Brad Eckley (Becky) of Solon, Bryan Eckley (Martha) of Cedar Rapids and Toree Beverley (Mike) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Oliver Vice, Josh Eckley, Hannah Ruzicka (Rhett), Julian Rodriguez (Taylor), Dayton Bernhart, Kianna and Kaden Eaves; his great grandchild Amelia Rodriguez; his brothers, Larry Bye (Margaret), Dan Vice (Joni), Don Vice (Wendy), Ron Vice (Jenny), Rick Vice (Sherri) and Mark Vice (Kim); and his wife Jeanne Vogel Eckley of Fairfax. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
