He is survived by: his wife Helen Bistricky Hofmaster; his daughters, Lori Shebetka (Steve), Cathy Martensen, Julie Miller (Bruce) and Christy Schultz (Matt); and his brother Wayne Koutny (Mary). He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
