She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Shestak and Alice Shestak (Srajhans); her husband Jim Jakoubek; her children, Joe Jakoubek (Diane) of Cedar Rapids, John Jakoubek (Tamra) of Brandon, Jim Jakoubek (Paula) of Cedar Rapids, Jeannie Leitz (Rick) of Auburn, Julie O'Hara (Gary) of Cedar Rapids and Jerilyn Reeves (Brian) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Justin Leitz, Jennifer Leitz, James O'Hara, Jacqueline Teahen, Alan Jakoubek, Haley Berger, Crystal Britcher, Nichole Gott, Corey Gott, Jessica Jakoubek and Allison Jakoubek; her siblings, Edna Kenslow, Norman and Loren Shestak; her sisters-in-law, Janet Melichar, Dorothy Shestak and Eleanor Shestak; and her cousin Delores Trachta. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and relatives.
