She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Loukota and Mary "Maxine" Loukota (Walker); and her cousins, John Walker and Lewis Thurston. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Herb; her children, Dennis Herb (Deb) of Cedar Rapids, Rudy Herb (Sondra) of Cedar Rapids and Denise Herb of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Morgan Herb (Emily), Kaity Sorel (Brandon), Abby Anderson (Jake), Cole Herb (MacKenzie), Kayla Saucedo (Zach), Anna Herb (Kurtis) and Rachel Borntrager (Norman); her great grandchildren, Bea, Frankie, James, Emersyn, Eliette, Hadley, Hayden, Kendall, Presley, Elias and Scarlett; her brother Jim Loukota of Cedar Rapids; and her pets, Zuzu, Stitch and Coopie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
