He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Dahlgren and Betty Dahlgren (Powell); his sisters, Kathleen Rahm (Kathy) and Kim Engstrom; and his brother-in-law Randy Sharp.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Dahlgren; his daughter Emily Linebaugh (Josh) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Laura, Eric and Abby Linebaugh; his siblings, Richard Dahlgren (Laurie) of Leander, TX and Carol Sharp of Denton, TX; and his brothers-in-law, Craig Rahm of Urbandale and John Engstrom of Duluth, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, a private burial service will be held on Thursday, May 7, at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Fairfax.
