It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Heese (Fairfax, Iowa), born in Earling, Iowa, who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Owen, Ed, Dorothy, Rita, Bernice, Isabel, Helen and Norma; and his parents, Peter Heese and Isabel Wilwerding Heese.
He is survived by: his children, Jill Blosser, Julie Lorimer (Rich) of Springville, Heidi Weber (Mark) of Rice Lake, WI and Mark Heese (Angie) of Ely; his grandchildren, Logan, Lauren, Libby, Andrew, Sam, Caleb (Cecily), Anna, Ella, Jeff (Jill), Shelly, Thomas and Elizabeth; and his wife Jean Herbst.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Shriner's Hospital.
