We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2022, at the age of 87, James Allan Sargent of Fairfax, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sargent and Alma Sargent (Bushkofsky); his son Jeffrey Sargent; and his sister Norma Jean Sargent-Scharff (Herman). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sargent of Fairfax; his son Jon Sargent of Cedar Rapids; his daughter-in-law Tammy Sargent of Strawberry Point; and his brother-in-law John Wurch (Vivian) of Webster City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
