She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Milo and Helen Blanch Bistricky (Divishek); her husband Robert; and her grandson Kyle Fordice. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Fordice (Dale) and Pam Luther (Brad); and her sisters, Shirley Sevig (Gordon) and Rosie Pudil-Kulish (Len). She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
