We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2018, at the age of 84, Eugene O'Rourke (Fairfax, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Michael O'Rourke; and his grandson David Christesen. He is survived by: his wife Esther O'Rourke (Pettengill); and his children, Pamela Morton (Dana), John O'Rourke (Elisabeth), Timothy O'Rourke (Lisa), Laurie Christesen (Dave), Matthew O'Rourke (Shari) and Megan Hill (Adam).

In lieu of flowers and/or gifts, please make donations to the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy addressed to the Mercy Foundation at 701 10th St SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403.
