She is survived by: her husband Paul Petrik; her daughter Stephanie Miller (Jeff) of Monticello; her grandson Jacob Miller; her siblings, Garry Jorgensen (Lucinda) of Bellevue and Linda McCoy (Jerry) of Cedar Rapids; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Dennis of Omaha, Nebraska and Richard Petrik (Nadine) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
