She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Brent Duffy of Waverly and Candace Ratchford (Rob) of Independence; her grandchildren, Madden, Bristol Ratchford, Makinna, Grayson and Adalyn Duffy; her siblings, Julie Kelley (Curt), Denise Crew (Bob) and Todd Kaufman (Tina); and her siblings-in-law, Clarice Levey (Steve), Carol Duffy, Nina Duffy, Nancy Wallace (Rich), Norma Westendorf (Kevin), Mike Duffy (Judy) and Tim Duffy (Jeanette).
