He is survived by: his spouse Robbie Jacobs of Stephen's Church; his brothers, Fred Pouk of Streator, IL and Norman Pouk of Streator, IL; his brother-in-law Rod Kuerth of Pontiac, IL; his son-in-law Patrick Miller of Fairbank, IA; his children, Brian Pouk (Diane) of Ottawa, IL and Lynn Miller of Fairbank, IA; his sister Jeanette Kuerth of Pontiac, IL; and his grandchildren, Ryan Miller of Humboldt, IA, Brianne Miller (Luke Zielinski) of Waukee, IA and Alyssa Miskell of Coralville, IA.
