He is survived by: his spouses, Patricia Ann Schlamp and Betty; and his children, Judy Duffy (Mike) of Fairbank, Brian Chase (Barb) of Oelwein, Don Chase (Michele) of Des Moines and Eric Chase (Aimee) of Spokane. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
