She was predeceased by: her parents, George Addison and Essie Nelson Addison; her brothers, Tom, Rich and George Addison Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Johnson and Lowell Klotz.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Muldoon; her children, Kelly Armon (John) of Cedar Rapids, Patrick Jr. (Jen) of Chandler, Ariz and Corey (Christine) of West Branch; her stepson Shawn of Coralville; her grandchildren, Riley, Kelsey, Aidan and Chloe; her sisters, Betty Jean Klotz of Higby Mo and Viola Johnson of Alpharetta; and her pets, Max and Lucy.
