She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Leroy and Shirley Chase (Peck). She is survived by: her husband Jim Miller of Fairbank; her children, Thad Miller (Paula) of Oelwein and Deedrie LaFollette (Andy) of Winchester, England; her grandchildren, Colter, Elsa and Megan; her great grandchild Reagan Grace; and her siblings, Marsha Steenblock (David) of Janesville, Gary Chase (Jan) of Marion and Connie Chase of Charles City.
