He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Riordan and Jean Riordan (Kloster); his wife Leta Bartholomew; and his sisters-in-law, Dee Lenz and Peg Riordan.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Killoren (Denny) of Pella, Meg Dolf (Brad) of Westgate, Bob Riordan (Shawna) of Whittier, Paul Riordan (Gwen) of Fairbank, Tom Riordan (Jenny) of Waterloo, Lois Tyler (Zac) of Westgate and Joan Jensson (Dave) of Holland; his siblings, Mike Riordan of Rudy, Sue Hauptly (Jim) of Dunkerton and Peg Watson (Steve) of Hollister; and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Young (Rich) of Dubuque, Elaine Clark of Waterloo, Jeanette Grady (Jim) of Waterloo and Lois Bartholomew of Franksville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
