He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Harter and Eloise Harter (Erixon); his brothers, Leo and Gary; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy and Vicki Harter.
He is survived by: his family, Mike and Marla; his wife Marla Sanborn Harter; his children, Andy (Jeni) and Ryan (Jasmin); his grandchildren, Peyton (Maddie), Carson, Mason, Grace and Maddux; his siblings, Harlan Harter, Rex Harter (Mary) and Patti Crozier (Mike); his sister-in-law Jayne Harter; and also Ryan.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be placed in Mike's honor. Donations will be used to establish a memorial in his honor.
