The passing of Dennis Farrington of Fairbank, Iowa, born in Oelwein, Iowa leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 7, 2024 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Farrington and Lisetta Farrington (Tiedt); his sister JoAnn; his siblings-in-law, Al Everman, Maxine (Jack Dempsey), Marion Siggelkov (Sister Julie Siggelkov) and Fred Siggelkov; and his nieces and nephews, Butch Everman, Rick Curry, Scott Dempsey, Kim Mason, Kelly Everman and Tracy Cox.

He is survived by: his wife Paula Siggelkov; his daughters, Sheila Farrington of LaPorte City, Janece Silva (Armando) of Fairbank, Stephanie Ahles (Joe) of Waterloo and Jill Zbornik (Josh) of Independence; his grandchildren, Armando Jr., Malena, Emma, Nolynn Silva, Jessica, Joey Ahles, Austyn, Alayna, Addisyn Zbornik and Abe Silva; and his siblings, Mike Farrington (Elaine), Veronica Roth (Tom) and Virginia (Harv).
