It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Trimble of Fairbank, Iowa, born in Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid Trimble and Bernice Trimble (Michels); his grandson Jared Trimble; his brothers, Richard and Robert Trimble; his parents-in-law, Glenn and Wilma Yeager; and his siblings-in-law, Beatrice Thompson, Carol Wilson and Don Brandt.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Yeager; his children, Darin Trimble (Annette) of Bennington, Dodi Nissen (Jason) of Fairbank, Danny Trimble (Katie) of Fairbank and Desiree Trimble of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Addie Nissen of Fairbank, Kaitlin Trimble (Stephen Church) of Waterloo and Sam Nissen (Natalie Jones) of Fairbank; and his siblings-in-law, Glenda Brandt, Dorothy Yeager, Susan Vilmain of Fairbank and Gordie Yeager of Fairbank.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to River Hills Schools in Cedar Falls, the SADS Foundation or the Iowa Donor Network.
