She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Arthur and Doris Irene Smith (Grover); her husband Clifford Eugene Schlumbohm; and her siblings, Eunice Gordish (Andy), Loren Smith and Gale Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Art Schlumbohm (Kathy) of Oelwein, Alan Schlumbohm of Stanley, Andrew Schlumbohm of Des Moines, Connie Squire (Rick) of Baxter and Carol Schlumbohm of Stanley; her grandchildren, Aaron Schlumbohm (Spomi), Anna Jollymore (Morgan), Molly Dunbar (Charles), Nathan Squire and Nicholas Squire; her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Natalie Squire, Luke and Lena Dunbar; her siblings, Vern Smith (Julie) of Independence, Dwight Smith (Charyl Lynn) of Macon, Missouri and Margie Butler (Dick) of Wonewoc, Wisconsin; and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Mitchell of Arlington and Diana Smith of Macon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
