He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Oden and Juanita Oden (Dooley); his uncles, Donald and Kendell; his brother Richard Oden; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Oden, Warren, Irma McQuary, Doug Prather, Tim McQuary and John McQuary.
He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Kay McQuary; his wife Pam Oden of Exline; his children, Jamie Tubaugh (Jaren) of Centerville, Jodie McCoy (Scott) of Exline, Steven Shawn Oden (Holly) of Exline and Justin Oden (Emily) of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Brennen Tubaugh (Lisa), Brody Tubaugh (Maddie), Molly Felton (Andrew), Austin McCoy, Jordan McCoy (Katelyn), Trey McCoy, Caleb Jellison, Logan Jellison, Tiger Terpstra, Tye Oden, Whit Oden, Jayda Oden and Jace Evers; his great grandchildren, Bentley Felton, Bowen Tubaugh, Brantley Felton, Isla Tubaugh, Jaren Tubaugh, Teelie Tubaugh, Anna Tubaugh, Emma Tubaugh, Blake Felton, Charlie Tubaugh, Maddox McCoy, Brooks McCoy, Reese McCoy and Grayson Oden; his siblings, Marcia Prather of Russell, Jack Oden (Mary) of Centerville, IA, Paul Oden of Cincinnati and Cheryl McHenry (Jack) of Cincinnati; his sister-in-law Geralyn McQuary of New Orleans, LA; and his aunts, Beverly Baldwin of Mystic and Kay Hanson (Don) of Centerville.
He loved to donate items and give money to people in need.
