She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Freeborn and Marjorie Freeborn (Gradwell); her husband Wendell Eugene Oden; her grandson Steven Watson; and her children-in-law, Gary Watson and Terri Oden.
She is survived by: her children, Maurice Oden of Mesita, Phillip Oden of Exline, Iowa and Martha Watson of Glenwood, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jeremy Oden, Jesse Oden (Jennisha), Matthew Watson (Keli), Melinda West (Dale) and Stacy Oden; and her sister Evaloy McDonald of Centerville. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
