She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Martin and Edith Martin (Griffin). She is survived by: her husband Marvin Jorgen Sorensen; her daughter Jane (Ross Johnson) of Bakersfield; her parents-in-law, Soren and Violet Sorensen (Petersen); her siblings-in-law, Leo, Dale Sorensen, Robert Worthington, Harold Cochran, Norma Sorensen and Mildred Cochran; her grandchild Case Wilson; her cousin Alisfae Martin; her sister Bernie Robinson; her son Craig "Bub" (Jan Sorensen) of Exira; her grandchildren, Brandy (Randy Fiebelkorn) of Exira, Nichole (Bryan Towelerton) of Waterloo, Angela (Matt Immel) of Exira and Dustin (Adriana Sorensen); her son Charles "Chuck" (Connie) of Exira; her grandchildren, Kevin Sorensen of Henderson, Sheri (Keith Wede) of Round Rock, Staci, Chris Johnson of Roach, Missouri., Jill Johnson of Bakersfield and Ross Johnson Jr. (Mary) of McAlester; and her sisters-in-law, Mona Worthington and Joyce Sorensen of Clear Lake. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the Exira Lutheran Church or the Exira Cemetery Association in memory of Mardy.
