Laurie Petersen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurie Petersen of Exira, Iowa, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Colleen Elaine Jeppesen (Kitelinger) of Brayton, Iowa.; her husband Paul; and her brother Tim Jeppesen. She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin and Nicholas Petersen (Janell); her grandchildren, Hudson, Hazel of Omaha, NE and Benjamin Petersen (Vera) of Exira, IA; her son Joel Petersen (Faith); her grandchildren, Mae, Penelope, Jude and Sawyer of Exira, IA; her father Lyle Jeppesen of Anita, IA; her brother Duane Jeppesen (Marla) of Harrisonville, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Chris Jeppesen of Kansas City, MO and Jon Petersen (Katie Organ) of Riverside, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
