She is survived by: her children, Carla (Jeff Swank) of Spencer and Jeffrey (Trisha Nielsen) of Audubon, Iowa; her husband Thomas R. Nielsen of Audubon, Iowa; her grandson Michael Swank (Nikki Riley); her children, Zoie, Westen of Spencer, Adrianne Nielsen of Grimes, Marisa Swank (Matt Patet) of Burnsville, Jayden Nielsen of Audubon and Katelyn Nielsen (Cameron Fry) of Johnston, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Emmet Klug of Grimes and Owen Swank of Spencer, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Vonesh of Exira, Mary Nielsen of Pittsburgh, Texas and Carl (Sarah Nielsen) of Hyattsville, Maryland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
