It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maynard Norman Holtz of Everly, Iowa, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Holtz and Norma Holtz (Janson); his siblings, Melvin Henry Holtz and Berneice Irene Holtz; his nephew Gayle Holtz; and his sons-in-law, Vernon Schoorman and Peter Masters.
He is survived by: his wife Leona; and his children, Beverly Rinehart (Ross) of Everly, David Holtz of Everly, Vivian Masters of Des Moines and Kevin Holtz of Sheldon, Iowa. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 414, or Fire & Rescue, all in Everly.
