She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Heien and Alice Heien (Binning); her daughter Diane Paulsen-Spears; and her husband Donald Duane Paulsen. She is survived by: her children, John (Phyllis) and Jody Leuer (Tom) of Mallard, IA; and her sister Janet Durbin of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great- grandchildren.
