It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jane Schmidt Johnson of Everly, Iowa, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Wieben and Lucille Margurette Wieben (Barron); her husband Donald; her son Lee Schmidt; and her brother Del Wieben.
She is survived by: her children, Monte Schmidt (Renee), Mark Schmidt (Sherry), Luke Schmidt (Mindy Meinking) and Katie Shore. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
