Axline (Evansdale, Iowa), born in Independence, Iowa, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil William and Nada Mabel Cornwell Axline; his wives, Shirley O. Stoner and June Hickman; and his siblings, Janine, Walter Axline and Buzz Axline.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Brustkern (Bill Hanken) of Waterloo, Jim Axline (Angie Reeves) of Cedar Falls, Venessa Gilson (Robert) of Evansdale, Jeffery Axline of Waterloo and Val Meyerhoff (Todd) of Waterloo; his sister-in-law Doris Axline of Washburn; and his close friend Pat Schlindwein of Waterloo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
