She is survived by: her husband Terry Duckworth of Evansdale; her children, Stephen Regenold (Monica) of Washburn, Shawn Kearney-Regenold (Steve) of Clearmont, FL, Sherrie Wise (Dean) of Columbiana, AL and Nancy Herrick (TJ) of Portland, TN.; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Mia, Jeremy, Emma, Ian, Nicholas (Cassie), Erica, Mackenzie and Colbie (Sydney); her sister Meredith Roth of Medford, OR; her stepchildren, Tony Duckworth (Melinda) of Merriam and Tami Hare (Shane) of Cedar Falls; and her stepgrandchildren, Daniel, Dylan and Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
