She was predeceased by: her mother Beverly Ann Miller Hinkel; and her brother Ryan N. Hinkel. She is survived by: her father Norman E. Hinkel; her husband Robert "Bobby" DeMoss Jr.; her children, Joshua Summerhays of Albany and Julie Ann Howell of Portland; her stepson Christian DeMoss of Waterloo; her granddaughters, Alexis Summerhays and McKenah Skinner; and her sister Susan Andersen (Eric).
