Richter of Evansdale, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester P., Sr. and Charlotte W. Stock Richter; his son Daniel Richter; and his former wife Nancy. He is survived by: his former wives, Mary Newman (Larsen) and Joan Lamphier (Watson); his daughters, Jennifer Van Brocklin (Kevin) of Dunkerton, Wendy Eldridge (Dave) of Independence and Angela Barajas of Arlington; his grandchildren, Eric Barfels, Nadia, Monica, Kira, Kelly Barajas, Haliegh, Daniel, Allison Richter and Brock Eldridge; his great grandchildren, Ariana, Jackson and Micah; and his brother Lester P. "Smiley" Richter, Jr. of Belvidere, IL..
