She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Neith and Jennie Mahana Neith; her sisters, Helen Neith Haberstitch and Norma Jean Neith Cummings; her siblings-in-law, Mary Beth Neith, Geraldine Wurtz Thompson, Pauline Wurtz Morgan, Georgia Wurtz Davis, Vivian Wurtz Abels, Daniel "Pat" Haberstitch, Duane Cummings, Wayne Davis, Edmund Morgan and Meryl Thompson; and her parents-in-law, George Wurtz of Washington and Daisy Mae Patten Wurtz.
She is survived by: her husband Don Wurtz; her daughter Jenny of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Gary, Richard (Ute) of Purcellville, VA, Paul (Lori), Eric, Allison, Victoria, Maximillian, Alexander and Richard Jr.; her great grandchildren, Gauge, Cannon, Everleigh, Abigail and Eleanor; and her brother William A. Neith of Waterloo. She is also survived by four children, six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
