She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Boyd and Faye Boyd; her husband Rex Hefley; her siblings, Irvin Boyd, Charles Boyd, Arthur Boyd, Stanley Boyd and Betty; her brother-in-law John Hollaway; and her nephews, Jerry and Adam Hollaway.
She is survived by: her daughter Chris of Cedar Falls, IA; her foster sons, Arnie and Troy; and her nieces and nephews, Margaret, Jan, Greg, Patrick (Jamie), Eric (Kim), Jeffrey R Hollaway (Cindy) and Zachary (Lacey).
Burial: Garden of Memories, Memorials may be directed to St. Mark's United Methodist Church.
