He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Willard and Helen Willard (Gardner); and his wife Sherri Ann Vogt. He is survived by: his children, Laura McCraney (Brian) of Asbury and Matthew Willard (Amanda) of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Jason Conkling (René) of Raymond, Brandon, Joshua, Alyssa, Nikolas McCraney, Olivia, Kaleb Willard, Devon and Noah Conkling; and his siblings, Judy Goodrich (Donald) of Waterloo, Gary Willard (Kay) of Waterloo and Virgil Edward Willard (Brandy) of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
