He is survived by: his parents, Chris Holtmeyer (Jill Mangrich) of Evansdale and Tammy Hilmer Holtmeyer (Monte Fisch) of Waterloo; his siblings, Derrick Holtmeyer of Cedar Falls and Stephanie Gerst (Seth); his grandparents, Herman, Betty Hilmer, Henry and Sandra Holtmeyer; and his nieces and nephews, Ainslie, Alayna, Jaxon and Trystin.
