He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jaquith and Laverna Jaquith (Fuller); his son Jimmy Jr.; and his brothers, Donald and Robert.

He is survived by: his wife Katharina Gutleber; and his children, Scott of Peoria, Mark (Mandy) of Jesup, Carol Wermerskirchen (Rick) and Terry Wagner of Gilbertville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
